Energy Benchmarking

Energy Sherpa can help monitor and track energy usage for your property, which is the first step in creating a holistic energy reduction strategy for your property. Energy Sherpa can also review and validate your energy data in Energy Star Portfolio Manager and submit required reports to the local government, as energy benchmarking becomes prevalent.

Energy Procurement

Energy Sherpa can help your property obtain competitive electricity and natural gas rates if your property is in a deregulated market. This will reduce your energy costs and help to mitigate risk in the volatile energy markets while bringing more budget certainty. Energy Sherpa is powered by the EnergyNow platform.

Energy Solutions

Energy Sherpa provides Energy Solutions that are comprised of Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) such as LED Lighting and HVAC Controls, Renewable Energy Solutions like Solar PV, CHP, and Battery Storage and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. Each of our measures always includes a thorough review of brand standards and available incentives.
